Gouna Management Services “GMS” was established in Khartoum, Sudan in 2004 as a limited liability company to provide personnel recruitment and outsourcing together with the related support services in addition to business event planning. GMS is a sister company to Global Management Services “GMS” established in 1998 in Cairo, Egypt.

Our mission statement is “to satisfy the growing market demand for total management solutions in human resources in close partnership with our clients. Recruitment and Headhunting Service

We take time to understand our client’s business – not only what they do – but also the way they operate and the type of people they believe will fit and add value to their company. We have a wide network and an extensive database of professional candidates in all business disciplines. We interview the candidates thoroughly, before finally recommending a short list to our clients, including our assessment and analysis. Our expertise in the job search techniques in various market sectors is available whenever needed.

Personnel outsourcing Service

Large companies are often faced with a “Support Staff” management problem. A lot of time and effort is wasted on the management of support staff such as, field operators, telephone operators, secretaries, office assistants, drivers, temporary workers and consultants among others. Through Personnel outsourcing Service, the employer can be relieved of the burden of Personnel management to focus on core business. Outsourced staff could receive their compensations as if they are working directly for the employer. 

Support Services

We operate full payroll services on regular monthly basis for both local staff & foreign expatriates. This necessitates opening bank accounts for the staff to transfer their monthly payroll as will as computation and payment of the related salary tax & social security. Also, we take care of contract’s social security from files opening till final settlement.

Employment benefits such as group life & accident insurance and medical care could be arranged as per client needs. Other services on employment contracts, labor law and salary tax applications could be arranged whenever requested.
